Our founder's journey began in 1997 under the guidance of the legendary Romero "Jacare" Calvalcanti in Atlanta, GA. With an unwavering commitment to the art, they developed a strong foundation and strategic approach to Jiu-Jitsu as a member of the esteemed Alliance team. The evolution continued under the mentorship of Master Roberto Traven, culminating in the awarding of a black belt in 2007. Since then, our founder has proudly represented both Team Roberto Traven and Alliance, showcasing a skill set cultivated through years of training with elite partners and coaches.
